Introduction to Translation and Interpretation

2 months Diploma Program. The Introduction to Translation and Interpretation Program is designed for high-level ESL students who want to learn the basic principles of interpretation and translation. Students learn about the profession of translating and interpreting and the techniques and skills required to work in these fields. Through the practice and analysis of a variety of real-life translating and interpreting tasks, students develop their language skills as well as an awareness of key issues in the field of Applied Linguistics. This program is taught by experienced bilingual instructors.
